You know what they say, “Sweet April showers bring May flowers!” But this year, our April Showers Contest is bringing a whole lot more than just flowers... $11,750 in cash prizes, to be exact!
So, whether you’re singing in the rain, splashing through puddles in your galoshes, or keeping dry inside, we want to see how you make it through the drizzle. Let’s have fun and make the most of this month’s April Showers Contest!
Once again, we’re offering the MV Community more ways to win with a total of 9 prizes – 4 ranked winners and 5 best-themed pic winners. Our top 4 ranked winners will receive:
- 1st place: $4,000
- 2nd place: $3,000
- 3rd place: $2,000
- 4th place: $1,500
And thanks to your continued enthusiasm, we’re happy to bring back prizes for the best-themed pics! We’ll award $250 each to the 5 Creators who have the best-themed pics. The themes for our April Showers Contest are:
- Spring Cleaning: Out with the old, in with the new! Show us what outfits you’re excited to wear now that the weather is getting warmer.
- April’s Fool: Tricksters, rejoice! We’re looking for MV’s biggest prankster.
- Tree Hugger: April is Earth Month. Share a pic of yourself giving love to Mother Nature!
- Dry as a Bone: Umbrella, raincoats, gum boats, and more! How do you gear up for the great outdoors?
- Cozy Camper: Cats aren’t the only ones who hate getting wet, snap a pic of yourself looking as snug as a bug in a rug!
There can only be one winner for each theme, so put your creativity on full display!
We encourage all Creators to upload their themed pics to the April Showers Contest page now. Then, from April 2nd at 11 AM EST until April 12th at 8 PM EST, invite your friends and fans to vote for you for the chance to win one of our 9 awesome cash prizes.
